The pattern and patina that results sits over a blush pink pastel base, giving each cup its own individual character rather than a repeated, uniform finish. Sized for a cappuccino or short black rather than a full mug of tea, the wide bowl gives that reactive glaze plenty of room to show. Fully vitrified porcelain forms the actual structure, microwave safe and durable enough for café and restaurant service, while pad printed branding on top needs to stay off the dishwasher rack to keep the artwork intact.
