Antinori Porcelain Espresso Cup 90ml is sized for a single strong shot, and its pale sage green glaze settles into a soft, uneven wash that changes shade from firing to firing. That variation is down to how the reactive glaze responds to heat, a process that never plays out the same way twice, so no two cups in a run shade identically. Vitrified porcelain gives the cup its strength, safe for the microwave and sturdy enough to handle the pace of a busy espresso bar. Pad printed branding is the exception, needing a hand wash rather than a dishwasher cycle to stop the artwork fading over time.
Reactive Glaze Variance. Each Antinori Porcelain Espresso Cup goes through the kiln individually, so the glaze reacts uniquely to heat every time. Expect natural variation in colour hue and patina pattern across pieces, this is intentional and part of what makes each cup distinct.
