Ordering & Logistics
How do order quantities work across the different barware styles?
Flashing ice cubes start from 144 units. Cocktail shakers start from 50 units. Most other styles in the range have their own minimum, which is confirmed on each individual product page. For a campaign using multiple styles, each style is ordered separately at its own minimum, and they can be delivered together. Mixing a small run of cocktail shakers with a larger run of ice cubes in the same event kit is straightforward.
How far in advance should I order flashing barware for an event?
Four to five weeks covers most orders from artwork approval through to delivery. The LED products are imported and may have slightly longer production and freight windows than locally stocked items, so ordering six weeks out for a firm event date is the safer call. Artwork proof approval happens before production, and getting artwork submitted early is the most effective way to protect the lead time.
Can I order different LED colours in the same ice cube order?
Each LED colour is a separate product. The ice cubes start from 144 units per colour. An event using both blue and red cubes to match a brand palette would need 144 of each colour as separate orders. For a campaign that wants to match a specific brand colour, ordering a single colour at volume is the more practical approach. The multicolour versions cycle through multiple colours and are the most versatile option if a single order covering multiple colour moments is preferred.
Are these products suitable for outdoor daytime events?
The LED effect is most visible in low ambient light conditions. Evening events, indoor venues, dimly lit hospitality areas In bright daylight, the glow is much less noticeable and the products perform more as regular branded barware than as light-up pieces. For a daytime outdoor event, the printed branding still works but the LED feature will not have maximum impact. Evening product launches, indoor conference after-parties, and nightlife activations are the strongest contexts.
