Weighing in with real durability, this wine glass is tempered to resist the chips and knocks that come with daily bar and restaurant use. Its rounded bowl sits on a tall stem, holding aroma while giving the glass a traditional silhouette. A certified 150ml pour line runs beneath the rim, with space alongside for a business logo or venue name to be printed or etched on. At 230ml, it's a compact, practical size for standard wine service.
Measure Line (150ml): A Plimsoll line is a calibrated pour line etched or printed onto glassware, marking an exact serve level, originally borrowed from the shipping industry where it indicated safe loading limits. On this glass, the single horizontal line sits at 150ml, helping staff serve a standard wine measure every time. It's a small detail that makes portion control effortless for busy venues.
Weights & Measures Approved: This glass has been independently certified to meet Weights & Measures standards, confirming the 150ml line marks a legally accurate pour. For pubs, bars and restaurants serving wine by the glass, it removes any doubt over measure compliance during trading standards checks. It's a reliable, low-maintenance way to keep pours consistent and above board.
Tempered Glass: Tempering makes this glass up to 6 times stronger than untreated glassware of the same shape and thickness. If broken, it shatters into small blunt pieces rather than sharp shards, and it complies with Australian safety standards for toughened commercial glassware.
There are three ways we can brand this glassware, and the right one depends on how it will be used and washed.
Pad Printing is our standard method and the pricing shown on this page. The logo is pad printed onto the glass and cured in a low fire oven. Pad printed glasses are hand wash only and not dishwasher safe.
Decal Printing is the upgrade for commercial use. The decal is fired in a high temperature kiln, which fuses it to the glass and makes it guaranteed dishwasher safe. It costs more than pad printing, so contact our sales team for a price.
Laser Etching is also priced on this page. The logo is etched into the surface for a permanent frosted finish that's dishwasher safe and will never fade.
