Foam Cups

Expanded polystyrene foam is what makes this cup different from a plain paper cup. The foam wall insulates the contents from the outside, so hot drinks hold their temperature, cold drinks don't warm up quickly, and the outside of the cup stays comfortable to hold regardless of what's inside. The range covers sizes from a compact option for espresso-based serves through to a generous large size for lattes, smoothies, and cold drinks. All sizes take a printed logo on the outer wall. The largest size in the range has a choice of lids. One mid-range size can be ordered with sleeves and lids too. MOQ is 250 units per size.

Printed foam cups go wherever the customer goes when they leave the venue. The cup's in their hand for the entire drink, out the door, down the street, at a desk, or on a bus or train. The logo travels with them the whole way, through a wide range of environments, without any additional effort from whoever handed the cup over.

What's the minimum order quantity and does it apply per size?

The MOQ is 250 units per size, applied individually to each size ordered. Two sizes means 250 of each, not 250 between them, and multiple sizes in the same campaign are common for food service operators running different drink types from the same outlet.

How does foam insulation compare to a double-wall paper cup?

A single-wall foam cup keeps drinks at temperature longer than a single-wall paper cup because foam doesn't conduct heat. A double-wall paper cup gets close by trapping air between two layers, but it takes two walls to match what foam does in one, making foam the more cost-effective option at volume.

Are lids available for foam cups?

Lids are available for selected sizes, with the largest size offering three different lid options and one mid-range size available with sleeves and lids. Not all sizes in the range have a lid option, so it's worth confirming availability for the specific size needed when enquiring.

Can the logo be printed in more than one colour?

Printing on foam cups uses spot colour on the outer wall, with single colour the most common approach. Multi-colour printing is available on some styles and quantities, and the white foam surface is a clean base so artwork shows up clearly regardless.
