Hi Vis Tee Shirts
Polyester micromesh is the dominant fabric across this range, chosen for its moisture-wicking performance and airflow in high-heat work environments. Fluoro orange and fluoro yellow are both available, meeting Australian day-use visibility requirements for construction and civil work. Beyond the micromesh tee, the range includes a cotton jersey short sleeve tee in XS to 6XL sizing, a waffle texture tee, a cotton/polyester blend singlet, and a sublimated tee with a full fluoro back panel. Contrast panel and two-tone styles add a more structured appearance for companies that want a polished look on site. UPF 50+ protection is available on one style. Singlet styles run alongside the tee shirts for warmer conditions. MOQ is 50 units on most styles, with 25-unit minimums on selected styles.
A roadworks contractor managing a civil infrastructure crew could order a polyester micromesh tee in fluoro orange with the company name and ABN printed on the back, meeting site visibility requirements while keeping the crew identifiable to clients and inspectors on the job.
Before You Order
What fabrics are available in hi vis tee shirts?
Polyester micromesh is the most common fabric, used across the majority of styles for its moisture-wicking and cooling properties. Cotton jersey is available for those who prefer a softer feel, and a cotton/polyester blend singlet uses a polyester outer with a cotton inner for added breathability.
What is the UPF 50+ style suited to?
The UPF 50+ rated style is suited to outdoor workers with extended sun exposure, including landscaping crews, utilities workers, and anyone on an exposed site during peak UV hours. It provides a rated level of sun protection as part of the garment itself.
Can these be ordered with a full back print?
The sublimated style supports a full fluoro back panel, which gives maximum coverage for large logos or safety information. Screen printing and full colour digital transfers are available on the other styles for chest, back, and sleeve placement.
How long does production take?
Regular production takes 10 business days from artwork approval. If you require them quicker than this, please check with us directly and we can see if we can push it through for you.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most styles have a 50-unit minimum. Some styles are available from 25 units, which suits smaller crews or trial orders before committing to a larger run.
