What is the difference between polyester and cationic cool dry fabric?

Plain polyester is a plain-weave synthetic that wicks moisture and dries quickly, while cationic polyester uses a different dyeing process that produces a heather or marled appearance with a slightly softer feel. Both perform similarly for moisture management, but cationic styles have a more refined look.

Can these be ordered in club colours?

The range covers a broad colour selection across styles, but the available colours vary by product. It is worth checking the specific style you want before committing to a colour, as not every style comes in every colour.

What is the minimum order for a sports team?

Most styles start at 50 units, with some styles available from 25 units. For a small team or a trial run, the 25-unit minimum styles give you flexibility without a large upfront commitment.

How long does production take?

Regular production takes 10 business days from artwork approval. If you require them quicker than this, please check with us directly and we can see if we can push it through for you.

Do mesh panel styles hold a screen print well?

Screen printing on mesh panels requires care because the open weave can affect ink coverage. Full colour digital transfers are often the better method for mesh panel styles as they bond to the fabric surface more consistently.
